Untitled es el tercer sencillo de la banda canadiense de pop punk Simple Plan para su álbum Still Not Getting Any… . El título oficial de la canción es Untitled pero los mismos fans la llaman How could this happen to me porque es la frase que más se repite. A diferencia de otras de la misma banda, está contiene notas de piano.
El video muestra a un joven que maneja ebrio, el cual tiene un accidente automovilístico chocando contra el auto de una mujer, y esta muere. Luego él es detenido por la policía.
