That Green Gentlemen (Things Have Changed) es el segundo single de la banda Panic! at the Disco de su segundo álbum llamado Pretty. Odd.. La canción fue escrita por la banda, pero no fue tocada por la banda en diferentes festivales donde participaron en el verano de 2007.
El video comienza con Ryan Ross de 8 años abriendo un juguete, y cuando lo abre salen los miembros de la banda adultos. Ellos caen en un bosque magico en el que hay varios instrumentos y empiezan a tocar. Despues de un tiempo caen al piso y las versiones de 8 años de ellos salen y se muestran escenas de ellos jugando y corriendo por el bosque.
